Tuesday Night - South Valley ROubaix
2026 Tuesday Night South Valley Roubaix Dates:
March 17th
March 24th
April 14th
April 21st
April 28th
If a Tuesday crit gets cancelled, we'll most likely do a Tuesday Roubaix instead. Check this page to make sure.
Cost: Free - No registration needed, just show up
Staging area: Click HERE for a Google map of where to meet.
Start time: pre-ride lap at 5:45pm. Race starts at 6:15pm (ish).
Rules: Roads will be open to traffic and trails will have other users on them. Any vehicle on the course is not expecting to encounter a bike race on these roads so please stay to the right hand side of the road. Don't ride like an idiot. Be nice to other people. Ride within your abilities. You are responsible for your own safety, navigating the course, and addressing any mechanicals that may arise. Last and most important have fun.
Details: 2 laps of a classic loop in Albuquerque's South Valley. This 9 mile loop is mostly flat and has ~2.5 miles of pavement and ~6.5 miles on good quality dirt roads/paths. You can probably get away with riding a road bike on most of the loop, but our recommendation is for tires 35c and larger for comfort. There are two gates on the loop that will require you to dismount your bike and step over them. If you can bunny hop them, feel free to. The course won't be marked so it would be a good idea to have the loop on your GPS device. You can probably get away without it though.
See you there!
